Apparently a water main broke in Manhattan leaving cars covered in ice. But one of the cars got most affected by it. It was completely frozen with a sick layer of ice on it. In addition, when the owner of this car touched the back glass of the car, it collapsed. Eventually a crew came to the rescue and steamed the car free of its icy encasement.
